Role and Key Responsibilities: As the Chef’s Assistant, the sous-chef cooks, manages catering staff and contributes to the meals production in compliance with H.A.C.C.P method.
Expected Skills and Knowledge:
Working hours per year: 40 hrs per week, Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm. These hours may vary during school holidays.

Gross monthly salary and benefits:
