Kitchen Assistant – 40h per week – permanent position

Starting date: 1st September 2021

Main duties:

  • Preparation and presentation of dishes
  • Assistance in the self-service line
  • Wash up and thoroughly clean the kitchen, its surroundings, equipment and the dining room in compliance with hygiene and security rules

Requirements:

  • Diplomas and/or good catering experience
  • Ability to work dynamically and as part of a team
  • Strict adherence to Food Hygiene Regulations
  • Knowledge of the HACCP method
  • Previous catering experience within educational setting would be appreciated although not essential
  • Good command of English required

Working hours: 40h /week, from 7h00 to 15h00, Monday to Friday

Monthly gross salary: £2,081.90 (incl all allowances)

The Lycée is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all its staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All post holders are subject to a satisfactory DBS – Disclosure and Barring Service (this procedure is undertaken by the Lycée).
