Playground and canteen supervisors during lunch break working in a Primary School with children aged 3 to 11

Role and Key Responsibilities:

  1. To carry out active supervision of the pupils
  2. To draw the attention of pupils eating a balanced diet and try new food
  3. To identify inappropriate behaviour and to intervene quickly in case of injury or conflict between pupils
  4. To report to the Management any incident or accident
  5. To supervise pupils on Wednesdays as they leave school (school finishes after lunch on Wednesdays)

Expected Skills and Knowledge:

  1. Professional knowledge of children
  2. Excellent teamwork
  3. Dynamic and responsive
  4. Punctual and flexible
  5. Good command of English and/or French
  6. Listening and communication skills
  7. Behaviour and language adapted to the public concerned
  8. Respect confidentiality and promote discretion
  9. To act in accordance with the school policies

Working hours per year: 12h15 per week over 5 days

Location: Ecole Marie d’Orliac, Fulham

Monthly gross salary and benefits:

  • £592.29 per month
  • 60 days holiday per annum
