Type: Permanent contract

Position: Permanent contract, 40h/week (5days/week) over 40 weeks per annum, from 22nd February 2021.

Key responsibilities:
The role is under the direct authority of the HR Team and the Financial Director. The main tasks are as follow:

  • Be the first point of contact for users regarding the HR and Payroll software (Civica)
  • Coordinate future developments of the HR/Payroll system and report any systems issues to the supplier.
  • Ensure that contractual obligations are fulfilled by Civica (annual upgrades, monitor billing)
  • Manage the administrative side of most Lycée’s recruitments (advertise vacancies, shortlist candidates, organise interviews, communicate with candidates, maintain a traceability of all recruitment campaigns, etc)
  • Welcome new staff and organise their administrative enrolment
  • Help and contribute to the day to day activities of the HR team (staff administration, taxes, certificate of employment, annual time tables, etc)
  • Input of variable payroll data

Expected skills and knowledge:

  • HR qualification and payroll experience is essential
  • Proven IT skills (MS Word and Excel) and ability to learn the use of new IT and IS systems (databases, payroll system, …) essential
  • Knowledge of UK legislation regarding Employment law is useful
  • Excellent spoken and written French & English languages,
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Attention to detail, organisation, self-motivation, team spirit, patience, availability and discretion are essential qualities.

Gross Monthly Salary: £2,482.40 (incl. all allowances)
