The British Section trip to India

The eighth British Section trip to India over the February half-term brought more excitement than anticipated with a lot of unexpectful events.
The week started peacefully enough at Aurobindo Ashram where students were exposed to Hindu philosophy, yoga and meditation. Thereafter, we experienced the extremes of Delhi's economic divide and both its ancient and modern dynamics - from its speedy Metro to its Mughal mausoleums. The students impressed with their emotional maturity and their appetite to explore as much as possible over 7 days.
The week proved incredibly intense yet rewarding for both the TALs and PALs in attendance as well as the ever-supportive Madame Meloni and Robert Carsson!
